Kids Youth Yoga Classes

Kid’s/Youth online yoga school program.

This series is designed to boost confidence, courage, and calmness for the next generation 🙂 

Each week there will be a new theme that we focus our class around; such as developing tools for anxiety, confusion, fear, etc. We navigate through the practice with meditations, breath work and moving through poses.
