14 Day Yoga Challenges

 

These series of challenges will give you a deeper dive into specific areas of yoga for the consecutive 14 days of practicing. 

For each new 14 day challenge there is a new theme/focus that we carry throughout.

Regardless of the focus there is a continual emphasis of the breath-body connection  throughout the practices.  

How it works: I send you a schedule of the 14 day’s. Some of the classes are live-virtual classes & other’s are recorded classes. If you are unable to make a live class, no sweat.. I record all classes and will send along the uploaded class link, so you can do your class when time allows. 

Cost of the 14 Day yoga challenge: $40 (CAD)
