30 Day Yoga Challenges

When we commit ourselves to practicing yoga daily, you will begin to truly reap the benefits of the practice by showing up for yourself everyday.
For this yoga challenge we meet via Zoom (a link that I will have sent to you the day prior to beginning the challenge), every Monday to Friday and practice 6:30-7:00pm (A.S.T). On Saturdays and Sundays it is highly encouraged to commit to a meditation each of those days (I will offer you a new meditation to do at the end of each Friday’s class). This is to maintain the commitment you made to yourself for the 30 days.
